Before starting Hushbreath, it helps to separate three questions: what can you try without buying, what requires paid access, and what you may already own. The public App Store description and support page explain each case. This guide brings them together so you can check the right place before making a choice.
One complete session, once
You can complete the five-minute Sigh of relief ritual once without a card or subscription. This is a full introductory session, not unlimited free use of every ritual. According to the support page, leaving before the guided part finishes does not use it up. Choose a convenient moment to listen; there is no need to make a purchase merely to try that session.
A session is different from a subscription trial
The introductory session does not start a subscription. The current public offer explicitly says there is no subscription free trial. After the free session, further sessions and full access to rituals and settings require a purchase. Keep these two stages separate when reading an offer: trying the session and confirming a paid plan are different actions.
Read the purchase screen before choosing
Hushbreath offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Check the current price, currency, billing period and terms shown before confirming. This guide does not quote prices because the purchase screen is the appropriate place to check the offer available to you. Consider how you intend to use the app rather than assuming one option suits everyone.
Lifetime and an existing subscription
A Lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you already subscribe, check your Apple subscriptions separately before changing your access arrangement. The support page points to iOS Settings, your name, then Subscriptions, where Hushbreath may also appear under its previous name, Breath Confetti. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Check earlier purchases before buying again
Hushbreath was previously called Breath Confetti. Open the app’s Settings and use Restore purchases with the same Apple account. Support identifies eligible active subscriptions, the original lifetime purchase, and verified purchases of the original paid app before its transition to free download. Eligibility depends on Apple’s verification; do not assume that installing the old app alone proves paid access.
If access still looks wrong
Check your Apple purchase history and contact Hushbreath support if restoration fails. Include your device model, iOS version, app version and a short description of what happened. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive health information. For the first session itself, keep the aim simple: explore how the guidance feels to use. Access options do not promise sleep or a health result.
